SALES TAX
All Canadian customers will be charged sales tax. Sales tax is not charged forinternational sales, but you may be charged duty fees by your home country. when you receive your order.

SHIPPING INFO
In order to make shipping as affordable as possible for you, I ship with Chit Chats Canada, and deliver parcels to them weekly on Monday mornings. Canadian parcels take 5-7 business days from delivery to Chit Chats, US Orders take 5-10 business days, and International orders will arrive in up to 4 weeks. If you’d like your item to arrive sooner, please contact me and I can ship via Canada Post expedited (delivery within 2 business days) for an additional charge. Please note that your piece may take up to two business days to prepare for shipping.

RETURN POLICY
I do my best to photograph the work as accurately as possible - please keep in mind that the image colour may appear differently according to your computer screen.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can refund or exchange the item.

For items being refunded - we will only refund the cost of the item, not the shipping.
When an item is being returned to us, we are NOT responsible for items lost in transit.
You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the order to us and you are responsible for the shipping costs to be sent back to you.
Please mark "RETURN"  on the package and ship back via the postal service, we are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred when the package returns to us.
